Version 7.5.2

  • Added: object’s visibility control

Each object has the visibility control now. Each object’s visibility can be based on an expression (make sure the expression will return true or false). You can also choose an expression from the preset expressions (like high power, low power, during day, reach step goal, etc.)

For static objects (like basic shape or image), only high/low power mode works. If you want to control the visibility of those objects based on the expression other than low/high power mode, you will need to set the object to layer object.

Still trying to play with the “sleep mode” condition, I noticed a really strange behavior:
My sleep mode schedule for last night was 22:30-6h46 (24 hour time).
Before 22:30 (I noticed it around 22:10), the screen display switched to sleep mode… but the watch was still in normal mode as the screen was showing up when I turned my wrist (when the watch is really in sleep mode the wrist turn is disabled).

Same thing backwards this morning, the screen stays in sleep mode until around 8:00 even if the watch was not in sleep mode anymore since 6:46 (same wrist mode to detect it).

    Any idea?

    Same watch id:62d712aa8d95a
    I’m UTC+1 (CET)

wdyb01: As explained, you have to tick the “layer object” box.

But I struggle to make the whole thing work properly:
    watch id:62d712aa8d95a
I set 2 different displays: one for the normal use, and one to use during “sleep mode” (instead of the default Garmin one).
So I splitted the visibility in 2 categories:
(ds29)==0 -> should appear only during the day
(ds29)==1 -> should only appear when sleep mode is enabled

But only the (ds29)==0 are visible, and they are always visible, even when sleep mode is active.
I tried 2 different ways to enable sleep mode: I have a shortcut on my watch + by manually adjusting the time in the calendar, but it doesn’t have any effect.

    Any idea?

It seems that “forcing” the sleep mode does not work (the watch face continues to display the normal fields, not the ones with (ds29)==1) but if I let the watch go in sleep mode by itself, it works!

Last night at the time set for the start of the sleep mode, the “(ds29)==0” fields disappeared and the “(ds29)==1” appeared!

I still don’t undestand what is happening with the “morning report” which appears even if I’m still (alsmot) asleep in my bed AND before the end of the sleep mode… Garmin WTF!
