Absolutely no idea what I'm doing but, as I can't save the watch face, I seem to be able to build it.

I used the excellent tools in watch face builder to adapt the hour, minute, and second hands using the path editor.

I can see that there are many talented designers here, so many thanks for all the inspiration.
