Daylight Saving Yes/No

center shows your current GP location,
Yes for current location is observing daylight savings, and No for not observing.
The second row use SDK's localMoment function, the third row uses the new datafield (tm15) I just added, and the third row compares (tm13) and (tm14), which is the fastest way.
Data fields
This app displays the following data fields:
- Current Location (GPS_DEG)
- Math expression (use localMoment)
- Math expression (new datafield, same as localMoment)
- Math expression (tm13!=tm14)
