The seconds are replaced by the "Zzz-Icon" during the "usual sleeptime".

The battery arcbar is striped for battery percentages under 20% and over 80% in order to remind you to charge the battery and how much to charge it. Coupled with a battery threshold notifier this helps you to keep the battery between 20 - 80 % which should improve battery performance and longevity.
