For info, the color of the heart rate zone does not look like what is displayed in this watch preview. the color is plenty "on" only when the heart rate reach this value.

- Speed, Anaerobic Capacity, Aerobic Endurance, Fundamental Endurance and Recovery Value, all in bpm are based on Garmin data from the watch.

When the heart rate is going up into the HeartRate Zone, the color is lighten up, and stay active in low power mode. This allows to see the color (our HR Zone) when running very easily.

- colors of the stress level (head), body battery (body), heart and recovery (broken arm) change depending on the values.

Note that the recovery arm appears only when there is some recovery :)

The 4 sliders corresponds to:

• number of floors climbed
• number of active minutes during 1 week
• calories burned (from sport)
• number of steps.
