offset: [5/3600, 10/3600, 15/3600, ..., 55/3600]
x: 120*Math.cos((180-(((tm9)%5)*5+[0,5,10,...,55])%60+(tm9))*0.10472)
y: 120*Math.sin((180-(((tm9)%5)*5+[0,5,10,...,55])%60+(tm9))*0.10472)
