This is an Instinct 2s specific watchface which integrates all the data points that I felt was needed to get actionable insights for activities and fitness.

For the heart, there's a heart rate graph, current heart rate and resting heart rates - all important to give a sense of how it's doing
On the fitness front, there's body battery, stress and active calories. Body battery and stress are the concentric circles in the top center and are useful to gauge stamina and energy. After toying with many metrics and goals, I found that having an active calorie goal for the day was most effective, which is why I've added it to the watch face. You can set yourself a goal of 500 active calories per day for starters to keep fit and healthy.
Below the fitness area is the weather station, which shows  moon phase, wind characteristics and weather along with a barometric pressure graph to predict those pesky storms.
On the right is the date and time. The analog clock is very easy to read and doesn't take up too much space, and there are the date fields below which are also clear and easy to read.

There's an elegant arc that runs on the outside of the dial window that indicates your battery percentage.

I've made sure that the watch face is not crowded so that you can see your metrics easily. Most of the info should be visible at a single glance without much eye strain.
