Inside the circle is the battery percentage number.  The outside ring is the step goal, inside ring is stairs goal.  From top to bottom in main display is the altimeter (ft), barometer (inHg), Date/Day, time, messages, bluetooth connection, alarm status, high-low temperature for the day, wind speed and direction, current weather and temperature, next sun event.  The weather is based on the Garmin weather location from your phone.
