The Division 2 SHD Tech Watch
Wanted the concentric rings to be used dynamically as part of the display, similar to the loading screen of the games themselves.
To keep everything consistent the only external asset added was the "bird" as an SVG format. This implies that everything should scale properly to whatever watch you'd like to port if over to.
The fact that its hard to read....well that fits the game too ;)
