Modifications:

The seconds hand is shown in HP-Mode and dissapears in LP/DND/AOD-mode

A 24h-hand as a "fake seconds-hand" is shown in LP/DND/AOD-mode and dissapears in HP-mode

Currend heart rate is shown to the left of the 6h-index and dissapears in LP/DND/AOD-mode

Date is shown to the right of the 6h-index and dissapears in LP/DND/AOD-mode
