Create setting file for Garmin app

Fill up the form, click "Submit", a file named GWFKEYS.SET will be saved to your downloads folder.
This setting file can be used to any GWF app.
When you are ready, make a copy and rename it to {your appid}.SET,
then copy the renamed file to \GARMIN\APPS\SETTINGS folder.
